This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our Logistics operations, contributing to the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory with precision.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock checks.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Load and unload materials from trucks in a timely manner.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Identify and report any damages, shortages, or Safety concerns.
- Support the overall Logistics and supply chain process.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or labor experience is advantageous.
- Physical capacity to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A firm commitment to workplace Safety and following all procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be dependable.
