Join our exciting fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Fulfillment Associate! This dynamic role is essential for managing the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. You will be involved in picking, packing, and ensuring that every order is processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and damage.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Process shipments and apply appropriate labels and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear all required PPE.
