Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, including unloading and verification.
- Sort and place inventory in designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Participate in inventory management activities.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to use all provided PPE.
