About
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that all inventory movements are accurately recorded in our system. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is strongly preferred. This position plays a key role in optimizing our supply chain and Logistics operations, helping to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs. You will collaborate closely with warehouse supervisors, operations managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory management. While not solely a physical role, some tasks may require moderate Lifting and movement within the warehouse. Ensuring adherence to all company Safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) is paramount.
