We are looking for a meticulous and organized Shipping Clerk to manage our outbound shipments from our Boise, Idaho facility. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and documenting outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your duties will include verifying shipment contents, generating shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate shipping records. Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with internal departments and external shipping partners. A strong understanding of shipping software and documentation is a plus. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak seasons. Some physical work, including occasional Lifting of packages, will be part of the daily routine. Compliance with all Safety regulations and the consistent use of provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) is mandatory. This role is a critical link in our Logistics operations, ensuring that products reach our customers efficiently and without damage.
