You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders with precision, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Sort and store products in designated warehouse locations, maintaining optimal organization.
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Carefully pack orders to ensure product safety and presentation during transit.
- Process and prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, adhering strictly to Safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Wear and maintain all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the warehouse logistics operations.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant Lifting of up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Fulfillment Associate, Warehouse Worker, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology, including RF scanners and WMS.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety.
