Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
- Accurately store materials in appropriate inventory locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or internal use.
- Conduct daily checks on material handling equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free from hazards, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals in our logistics network.
- Actively participate in all required safety training and promote a safe working environment.
- Willingness and ability for consistent Lifting of products and materials, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Certification to operate specific warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of workplace Safety guidelines and protocols.
