Our growing logistics company in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dedicated team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards. Your leadership will directly impact inventory management, order fulfillment, and the overall productivity of the distribution center. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, providing training and performance feedback, and ensuring all logistical processes are executed smoothly. You will implement and enforce safety policies, ensuring compliance with all regulations and promoting a culture of safety throughout the warehouse. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and a solid understanding of logistics principles are essential. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility, optimizing storage solutions, and managing the flow of goods. The ability to motivate and guide a team is crucial. Regular performance reviews of team members and operational efficiency will be part of your duties. Safety is our top priority, and you will ensure all team members utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures, including safe lifting practices.
