Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join our growing logistics team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be involved in a range of warehouse activities critical to our operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving support. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will ensure that our products move seamlessly through our logistics network. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all associates are expected to strictly follow safety procedures and consistently wear the required PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Utilize required PPE at all times and promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and work ethic.
