About
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join our growing logistics team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be involved in a range of warehouse activities critical to our operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving support. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will ensure that our products move seamlessly through our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Utilize required PPE at all times and promote a culture of safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and work ethic.
