Job Summary:

Become a vital part of our distribution center in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks essential to the successful flow of goods, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This is a dynamic position within our logistics network, requiring versatility and a strong work ethic. We are dedicated to maintaining a secure and productive environment, emphasizing Safety in all our activities. The role involves frequent Lifting and physical exertion.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse activities.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Familiarity with logistics and warehouse procedures.
  • Willingness to wear all mandated PPE .
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety .
