About
We are searching for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee operations at our Durham, North Carolina facility. This key role involves managing daily warehouse activities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring the efficient handling of inventory. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shipping and receiving, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems and Logistics . You will play an integral part in maintaining operational efficiency and a high level of productivity. Key duties include developing work schedules, training and motivating team members, tracking inventory levels, managing supply levels for warehouse operations, and implementing process improvements. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all company Safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety throughout the team. Appropriate PPE must be worn at all times.
