Become a Picker/Packer in our bustling Cincinnati, Ohio distribution center. This role is fundamental to fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for locating items in the warehouse, picking them accurately according to order sheets, and then packing them securely for shipment. Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are crucial for success in this fast-paced environment. We are looking for reliable individuals who are comfortable with manual labor and can work effectively as part of a team. Your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include using a handheld scanner to pick items, verifying product codes, carefully packing items to prevent damage, and preparing orders for dispatch. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also essential. Strict adherence to all Safety procedures and the mandatory use of provided PPE is expected. This role involves significant walking, standing, and repetitive Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
