About
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for our facility in Provo, Utah. The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and Safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of logistics, and the ability to manage a team effectively. You will be responsible for inventory control, workflow optimization, and ensuring compliance with all Safety regulations. This is a key position that significantly impacts our supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure all staff adhere to Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices in logistics and Safety.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
- Liaise with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on warehouse performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related logistics role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of Safety regulations and best practices, including PPE usage.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including occasional Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
