We are seeking enthusiastic Distribution Center Associates to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho! This role is a cornerstone of our logistics network, ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, and packing orders, as well as maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. You will work with a dedicated team to meet daily operational goals and ensure timely product delivery. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves standing for extended periods and frequent Lifting of items. Safety is our utmost priority; all associates are expected to strictly follow safety guidelines and use designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a secure working environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to team efforts and support operational goals.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics.
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and using PPE.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting and standing.
