Our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our operations. This role is central to our supply chain, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, contributing to the overall success of our Logistics and distribution efforts. We prioritize a safe and productive work environment for all our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and company vehicles.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety and operational efficiency.
- Wear and utilize all mandated PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or operational issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a strong asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform Lifting tasks, sometimes exceeding 50 pounds, with proper technique.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Commitment to upholding strict Safety standards.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Desire to learn and grow within the logistics field.
