Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and effectively.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning Safety and security.
  • Properly use PPE as required for specific tasks and areas.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and assist colleagues as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Understanding of basic inventory control principles.
  • Commitment to upholding workplace Safety standards.
