Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our distribution network. You will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, and packing orders, ensuring accuracy and speed. Your efforts are crucial to the timely delivery of products to our customers, playing a key role in our Logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Accurately store and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders with precision using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring the proper use of PPE .
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments.
- Practice safe Lifting and material handling techniques.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus. A strong understanding of and adherence to Safety procedures is essential. Prior experience in Logistics is beneficial.
