We are looking for reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your contribution is vital to our Logistics success and ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong emphasis on workplace Safety and efficiency is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- This position involves regular standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and basic Logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
