Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our thriving team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our Logistics network by performing a variety of essential warehouse duties. This includes receiving and processing incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Maintaining a safe and organized workplace is critical; therefore, adherence to all Safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position requires individuals who are physically fit and capable of performing tasks involving frequent Lifting of goods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
  • Stage outgoing shipments for delivery.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, adhering to operational procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Participate in inventory management activities.
  • Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear all required PPE correctly at all times.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our Logistics department.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting of up to 60 pounds.
  • Strong understanding of Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be a team player and possess good communication abilities.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
