About
Are you a natural leader with a proven track record in warehouse management? We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at our busy facility in Los Angeles, California . As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your duties will include scheduling staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training and coaching, and resolving operational issues. You will play a crucial role in optimizing workflow, implementing best practices in Logistics , and ensuring compliance with all company policies. A strong understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes is essential. You will also be responsible for upholding all Safety regulations and ensuring that all team members use the appropriate PPE . This role requires individuals with excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a problem-solving mindset. Some physical involvement, including occasional Lifting , may be required.
