We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is critical to the efficient functioning of our logistics network, ensuring that products are processed, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. You will perform a range of tasks including order fulfillment, inventory management, and material handling, all while prioritizing Safety and teamwork. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling.
- Maintain inventory integrity through careful stocking and tracking.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Keep the distribution center clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly.
- Participate in inventory control activities like cycle counts.
- Always utilize the provided PPE.
- Engage in frequent Lifting of packages and materials, some weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a strong asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting.
- Strong commitment to Safety and following instructions.
