About
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the smooth running of our logistics network. Key responsibilities include receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. A strong emphasis on Safety and teamwork is essential for success in this position. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and develop skills in material handling and inventory management. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, and we expect all associates to adhere strictly to our Safety procedures. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent tracking.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Assist in performing cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Wear all required PPE during operational hours.
- Perform regular Lifting of inventory, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout the shift.
- Commitment to Safety and maintaining a secure work environment.
