Join our fast-paced Distribution Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Distribution Center Associate. This role is vital to the success of our logistics operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including order picking, packing, loading, and unloading shipments. A strong commitment to Safety and teamwork is essential for this position. Your role will be critical in meeting customer demands and maintaining high standards of service. Experience with scanning equipment and warehouse management systems is a plus. We emphasize the importance of proper Lifting techniques and the consistent use of required PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct quality control checks on products.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Contribute to overall team goals and productivity.
- Utilize provided PPE at all times in designated areas.
- Engage in regular Lifting activities, including items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting and standing.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
