Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Package products securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform duties requiring physical exertion and regular lifting of materials.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management is beneficial.
