This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Follow company procedures for inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and bending.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
