In this vital role, you will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations by performing a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. You will work with advanced warehouse technology and equipment to ensure products move smoothly through the distribution center. Safety is our top priority, and all associates must strictly adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Efficiently pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using order lists and scanners.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product integrity and proper labeling.
- Prepare shipments for outbound transportation, coordinating with carriers as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Wear required PPE at all times to ensure personal and team safety.
- Perform regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
