We are seeking a diligent and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our bustling facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is fundamental to our overall logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient handling of goods from arrival to departure. As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will encompass a broad spectrum of warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will operate various warehouse equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a safe and organized work environment. A strong commitment to safety is essential, requiring strict adherence to all company policies and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical demands, including regular lifting up to 50 lbs, and requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.   • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and shipments.
  • Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders and internal requests.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Prepare goods for shipping and coordinate with carriers.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.
  • Wear required PPE at all times.
  • Perform lifting tasks, regularly handling items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods.
  • Must be able to perform lifting duties up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and safety best practices.
  • Commitment to using PPE and following safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
