Join our busy warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as a Warehouse Worker! This is a foundational role contributing to the seamless operation of our logistics facility. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving and unloading materials.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and palletizing.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE diligently to ensure personal safety.
- Support team members in achieving daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with others.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical for this logistics role.
