We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for our facility in Richmond, Virginia. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. You will be involved in various warehouse functions, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and stocking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to upholding high standards of **Safety** and accuracy. Responsibilities include ensuring that all orders are processed correctly and on time, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse organized and clean. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving **Lifting** up to 50 lbs and operating warehouse equipment. Consistent use of **PPE** is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear necessary PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery.
