You will be involved in tasks such as receiving and stocking merchandise, fulfilling customer orders by picking and packing, and general upkeep of the warehouse environment. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and possess a strong commitment to efficiency and safety. Working in a fast-paced warehouse requires adaptability and the ability to handle various responsibilities. Safety is our highest priority; adherence to all established safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including the capacity for frequent Lifting and prolonged standing. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper placement and security.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse safety guidelines and the importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
