Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming inventory.
- Pick customer orders according to picking lists or system directives.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – training provided/required).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as required by management.
- Follow all logistics and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Capacity for Lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the importance of wearing PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory control systems.
