In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are accurately prepared, documented, and dispatched to their destinations. Your tasks will include verifying order contents, preparing shipping labels and documentation, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining organized shipping records. A strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency is essential. Safety is a top priority; therefore, all team members are expected to follow established safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role may involve some lifting and requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Join our team and contribute to the seamless flow of goods. Responsibilities include:
- Processing and preparing outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Generating shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Verifying order details against packed items.
- Coordinating with shipping carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Tracking shipments and updating internal systems with status information.
- Maintaining organized shipping records and files.
- Communicating with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve issues.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and warehouse procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Performing light manual lifting as required for package handling.
