Our Charlotte, North Carolina warehouse is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to lift, move, and handle materials efficiently and safely. You will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility, contributing directly to our logistics operations. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and all employees are expected to adhere to company policies and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are looking for reliable individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Stocking merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking and preparing orders for shipment.
- Packing items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Adhering to all company safety regulations and using required PPE.
- Performing manual lifting of products up to 50 lbs regularly.
