Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment such as conveyor belts, forklifts, and automated systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues within the facility.
  • Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and racking systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to minimize downtime and optimize workflow.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse for potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
  • Support the implementation and integration of new warehouse technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to warehouse management systems (WMS) interfaces with equipment.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance calls to resolve critical operational disruptions.
  • Effectively manage tools and spare parts inventory.
