Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. This role is essential for managing the flow of goods within our facility, ensuring that inventory is accurately stored, picked, and shipped. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices or pick lists.
  • Pack orders with care to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate records.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE, including safety glasses and gloves.
  • Assist with preparing shipping labels and documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
  • Understand and implement standard logistics procedures.
  • Undertake other warehouse tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle lifting up to 40 lbs frequently.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of basic warehouse safety practices and logistics principles.
  • Willingness to adhere to all company safety policies, including wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
