We're seeking dependable Warehouse Workers for our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a hands-on role critical to the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
- Move materials within the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Organize and arrange inventory in designated storage areas.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toed boots.
- Be able to perform repetitive Lifting tasks of items up to 40 lbs.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks as directed.
- Support the logistics team with various operational needs.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and using PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
