Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Des Moines, Iowa. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your contribution is vital to the efficient operation of our logistics network, ensuring that products are managed accurately and move smoothly through the facility. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Keep the warehouse organized and clean, adhering to all procedures.
  • Follow all company safety policies and guidelines.
  • Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Participate in all mandatory safety training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures.
