Responsibilities:
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping duties accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring correct documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided where applicable).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and checks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed to support logistics flow.
- Participate in mandatory safety training and contribute to a safety-conscious culture.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Understanding of safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
