Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from specified warehouse locations using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipping.
- Label packages with correct shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking and packing targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely when required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to use PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
