Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately, ensuring proper placement and rotation of inventory.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all logistics safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times, including safety glasses and footwear.
- Be prepared for tasks involving manual lifting of products up to 40 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capacity for lifting items up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Must be safety-conscious and adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
