This role is fundamental to our supply chain, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas accurately, ensuring proper placement and rotation of inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders with high accuracy according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all logistics safety protocols.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times, including safety glasses and footwear.
  • Be prepared for tasks involving manual lifting of products up to 40 lbs.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Capacity for lifting items up to 40 lbs.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Must be safety-conscious and adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
