Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack products according to order specifications with precision.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and checks.
- Ensure the efficient flow of goods throughout the distribution center.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and utilize required PPE.
- Prepare shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging for transit.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in logistics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs, repetitive motion, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing operational needs.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving within the logistics framework.
