Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Specialist at our state-of-the-art facility in Phoenix, Arizona. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal stock levels. Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach are essential for success. This position requires a solid understanding of inventory management principles and logistics operations. You will work closely with warehouse staff to ensure all inventory movements are recorded accurately and efficiently. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. While this role may involve some lifting up to 30 lbs, the primary focus is on data accuracy and process improvement. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
  • Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Manage stock rotation and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
