You will be responsible for locating items within the warehouse, accurately picking them, and then packing them securely for shipment. We maintain a rigorous commitment to Safety, and all team members must strictly adhere to our Safety guidelines and consistently use the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order slips.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages for shipment according to carrier requirements.
- Maintain an organized and clean picking and packing station.
- Follow all warehouse Safety regulations.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
- Meet or exceed daily order fulfillment quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including repeated Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse procedures is helpful.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards.
- Must use designated PPE effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
