This position is essential to our daily operations, focusing on receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and stock inventory in designated locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using scanners and order sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, including strict adherence to safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all guidelines.
