We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our busy facility in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient handling of materials within our logistics operations. Your primary duties will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position requires a proactive approach, physical fitness, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will be working with a diverse range of products, ensuring they are processed accurately and prepared for distribution. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain inventory integrity and fulfill orders correctly. The job involves significant physical exertion, including frequent lifting, bending, and standing for prolonged periods. We provide comprehensive training on safe lifting techniques and the proper use of all equipment. Your contribution is vital to our supply chain's efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Sort and store inventory in designated locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for outgoing transport.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet operational goals.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and use of PPE.
