Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory replenishment.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records using inventory management software.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Properly use all required PPE during warehouse activities.
- Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs, as needed for inventory checks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or in a similar role is required. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and lead initiatives. Proficiency in inventory management software and reporting tools. Must be able to perform tasks that may involve some physical exertion, including occasional Lifting. A strong focus on Safety and adherence to procedures is mandatory. Understanding of broader logistics operations. Must possess strong attention to detail and be highly reliable.
