Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Put away received merchandise into designated storage locations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper securing of goods.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and protocols.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for daily tasks.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
- Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Basic computer literacy for WMS operations.
- Experience in logistics is a plus.
