Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate order picking and packing for outgoing shipments.
  • Receive, verify, and put away incoming stock.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular checks.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free from hazards.
  • Load and unload freight from trucks.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage tasks and inventory data.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational demands.
  • Properly use and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly desirable.
  • Physical capability for demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 55 lbs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
  • Familiarity with WMS software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to undergo training for equipment operation.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
