Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate order picking and packing for outgoing shipments.
- Receive, verify, and put away incoming stock.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular checks.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free from hazards.
- Load and unload freight from trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage tasks and inventory data.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational demands.
- Properly use and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly desirable.
- Physical capability for demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 55 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with WMS software is an advantage.
- Willingness to undergo training for equipment operation.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
