Responsibilities include operating specialized equipment, performing routine maintenance, managing inventory systems, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. This role requires a technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. While some physical tasks may be involved, including occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs, the primary focus is on technical execution and operational oversight. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety , and all technicians must adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE . Experience with warehouse automation, inventory management software, and diagnostic tools is highly preferred. Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and automated systems.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on warehouse machinery.
- Manage and update inventory control systems.
- Ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Implement and enforce all safety procedures and protocols.
- Wear and properly utilize all required PPE .
- Assist with the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Contribute to the optimization of warehouse logistics and processes.
- May involve occasional manual handling and lifting of materials.
- Support receiving and shipping operations as needed.
