Seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker for our Des Moines, Iowa facility! This is a versatile role where you'll contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, supporting the efficient flow of goods within our logistics network. Your responsibilities may include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing stock, picking and packing orders, and assisting with loading and unloading trucks. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. This position involves consistent physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift. A commitment to workplace safety is essential; all employees must adhere to established safety protocols and wear the required PPE . Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Sort and place received items into designated storage locations.
- Pick items for customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Load outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and wear mandated PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all logistics and operational procedures.
- Support team members in various warehouse tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
